To register your child to attend the IMPACT Center,
please fill out the Registration Form below and submit.
All children attending IMPACT Center must be registered.
Note to Parents: You are welcome to make the IMPACT Center an after-school bus drop-off location for your child. (Our street address is: 66 E. 2nd Street, Winona, MN) Please contact the school district transportation department to make this request. If additional transportation service is needed for your child, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
